Aditi Paul is a healthcare leader with several years of work experience in healthcare strategy, operations, strategic sourcing, and process improvement.

She is currently a Director of Strategic Initiatives in UnitedHealthcare’s Medicare &Retirement business. In this role, Aditi is responsible for driving the strategic vision and growth for the largest business dedicated to the health and wellbeing needs of seniors.

Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare, Aditi was a Management Consultant in the Health & Public Service practice at Accenture. She consulted with various health systems and other healthcare organizations on supply chain and procurement strategies, technology implementations, and Medicaid redesign.

Aditi has a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering, concentrating in Supply ChainEngineering, from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Kenan-FlaglerBusiness School at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
