Erin Leach serves as Program Manager for the Center for the Business of Health (CBOH), where she leads the Center’s programming and operations, marketing and communications, sponsorships, and Leadership Board engagement. She oversees the planning and execution of CBOH’s major programs and events, manages the Center’s financial and administrative operations, and builds relationships across UNC and with alumni, industry leaders, sponsors, and other external partners.

Since joining UNC-Chapel Hill in 2005, Erin has spent most of her career at Kenan-Flagler Business School, following an initial year at the School of Nursing. Prior to joining UNC, she served as a Legal Specialist with the North Carolina National Guard, including a tour of duty in Baghdad, Iraq.

A Chapel Hill native, Erin is proud to be a Tar Heel born and bred.
